Dylan Korman has 12 years of multifamily real estate experience and is responsible for sourcing and successfully negotiating property acquisitions, dispositions, and third-party management contracts. Dylan’s responsibilities with Korman Residential include underwriting and financial modeling for property and portfolio acquisitions, as well as assisting in the due diligence process for both acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Dylan is directly responsible for overseeing the management operations of the firm’s Montgomery County, PA multifamily portfolio.

Dylan has been employed by the family firm since he was fourteen, spending summers and weekends leasing apartments at several of the company’s properties located throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. In 2021, Dylan was appointed as Assistant Manager at one of the company’s Center City, Philadelphia high-rise buildings. Upon receiving his diploma from Drexel University in 2024, Dylan was promoted to General Manager of Casa del Sol Apartments & Pinegrove Townhomes.

Dylan is a graduate of Germantown Academy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Business Administration from Drexel University. Dylan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
