James has 32 years of multi-family real estate experience and is responsible for the financial results for all residential investment properties and portfolios. He plays a key role in identifying real estate opportunities and joint venture partner selection. James has a successful track record in repositioning assets in their respective markets.

James was formerly President of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia. James is a founding board member of Drexel University’s Real Estate Management and Development program. He is a frequent speaker at industry events. James effectively utilizes his industry relationships in sourcing new acquisition and joint venture opportunities.

James earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
