Noreen is responsible for oversight of expenditures and cost management at the property level. She monitors expenses against plan and industry standards and works closely with the Property Managers in order to assure that net operating income and cash flow are maximized. Noreen has a proven track record of identifying opportunities for operational improvement and for implementing best-in-class solutions. Noreen is a member of Korman Residential’s acquisition and due diligence team.

Noreen has extensive experience as a General Manager. Over the past 15 years, she has managed and trained on-site management teams and overseen internal audit systems to benchmark performance.

Noreen has earned the designation of Certified Apartment Manager from the National Apartment Association and is Korman Residential’s Real Estate Broker of Record.

Noreen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.
